A 2″ drain with a pull-up chain allows for faster drainage compared to the standard 1.5″ drain commonly used by most competitors. Under optimal in-home plumbing conditions, the typical drainage time is about +/-80 seconds. For even faster drainage, connecting to a 2″ or 3″ house drain is recommended. This gravity-driven drain is both fast and reliable, as it doesn’t depend on an electric pump, which can fail due to electrical shorts or power outages.

Included is a 5-piece fast fill faucet set that uses ¾” supply lines instead of ½” lines, providing quicker fill times than most tubs. Fill time may vary depending on your in-home plumbing setup.

The Ella Standard walk-in tub features eighteen (18) hydro jets placed for optimal therapeutic relief. Twelve (12) upper fixed jets focus on your back, hips, and thighs, while six (6) lower adjustable jets massage your feet and calves.

The Hydro Massage System includes: a hydro pump with an in-line water heater, a hydro massage intensity control dial, and a well-positioned hydro jet system for targeted massage. The in-line water heater helps keep the water at a consistent temperature for maximum comfort during your bath. You can adjust the strength of the water stream with the hydro massage intensity control dial, which regulates the amount of air added to the hydro system.

The Ella Standard also comes with one (1) reversible end panel for left or right corner installation and one (1) extension panel kit for 60″ alcove installations. These panels provide a finished look for the end of the tub. Additional panels can be ordered if the tub will be installed in a freestanding configuration against a wall.

We offer a limited lifetime warranty, which includes free replacement parts for the original customer residing at the installation address. This warranty is non-transferable. Please note that shipping costs and labor for replacements are not included.
